The English Youth Pastor is an exemplified Christian leader responsible for pastoring English-speaking adolescents (12-18 years old but not limited to this range) in their faith life. Duties include:

- 恩福馬鞍山堂-長者、成人、大專初職、或兒童
English Youth Pastor Job Description
The English Youth Pastor is an exemplified Christian leader responsible for pastoring English-speaking adolescents (12-18 years old but not limited to this range) in their faith life. Duties include:
- Working in conjunction with English Ministry Pastor(s) and staff(s) for the planning and budgeting of the Youth Ministry.
- Leading and planning for English Youth Ministry (includes Worship, Fellowship, and other events).
- Preach regularly at English Youth Worship, and occasionally at English Adult Worship.
- Train and recruit volunteers for efficient implementation of English Youth Ministry programs.
- Provide guidance for the youth praise teams.
- Administrative work as needed by the English Youth Ministry.
- Work with other Yan Fook Church pastors and staffs on church events.
- Other duties as needed for the Ministry and the Church.

- 基督教輔導碩士或以上 或 社工/輔導碩士或以上+基督教研究碩士或以上
- 信仰立場與本堂吻合及貫徹
- 符合及貫徹輔導及或社工專業守則
- 必須具備最少一項屬於創傷管理的專業認證, 如感動治療/情緒取向夫婦治療/眼動療法等
- 完成危機事故壓力處理(個人及小組)或同類培訓
- 評估及現場示範回穩及創傷管理，並作社區資源轉介
- 協助帶領 組長療癒小組、群體退修工作坊及培訓
- 處理高衝突管理(個人及小組)
- 處理高壓力事故作緩解(個人及小組)

工作範圍
- 主要協助兒童部對內及對外的日常運作，其中包括：
- 預備課程材料、關顧導師、孩子及家長等等
- 行政及文書工作
- 中學畢業；
- 懂電腦文書操作 (word、excel、ppt等)及懂設計軟件（如Canva）更佳；
- 流利廣東話及基本普通話；
- 良好溝通能力及協調各事務能力；善於與人溝通，具良好人際關係，恩福會友優先；
- 教會部門間的運作熟悉更佳；
- 星期六、日及兒童部特別聚會需要當值。
